Long-lasting relief from back pain
If you have ever lived with back pain, you are not alone. Here is how gentle chiropractic care can help.

Back pain is one of the most common reasons people miss work. Most days it is just bad enough to pull your focus away from what you are doing. Some days it is bad enough to stop you from doing everyday things at all.
Why pain medicine is not the whole answer
Most people reach for pain medicine first. It can help for a day, but when the pain keeps coming back, so do the pills, and over time they tend to work less well. Some people end up considering surgery, which does not always bring the relief they hoped for.
That is why many experts now suggest trying gentler options, like chiropractic care, before stronger medicine or surgery.
What an adjustment is like
Chiropractic care works with the bones, joints and muscles of your body. When something is out of alignment, your body has a harder time keeping up with everyday wear and tear. An adjustment gently moves it back where it belongs.
It is not as dramatic as it sounds. Many people find an adjustment close to painless, and even relaxing.
More than relief
Patients who come to me for back pain often come back for other aches too, like carpal tunnel or plantar fasciitis. And because I take my time in every visit, we can also look at what is causing your pain, so you can avoid it and stay comfortable longer.
